GRP Panel Moldings

3 products

A panel molding is a long strip that joins panel corners to form the complete frame on the wall. We offer GRP moldings in codes such as G240, G220 and GX15, in 2 cm or 4 cm widths and 1.5 m per piece, cut to the required length on site. They are made of glass-reinforced polyester (GRP), odourless, and accept any type of paint such as plastic paint, glaze and tebtin.

The moldings are fixed with silicone or a wall plug and screw, as each product description states, and some are for interior decor only. To work out the quantity, multiply the frame perimeter by a suitable waste allowance and divide by the piece length, or use the quantity calculator on the site to get the number of pieces instantly, then add them to your order together with the matching corners.

GRP Panel Moldings: frequently asked questions

How long is each molding piece?

Each piece is 1.5 m long, as stated in the GRP molding descriptions, and 2 or 4 cm wide depending on the code.

How do I calculate how many moldings I need?

Work out the frame perimeter in metres, add a waste allowance for cutting (often about 10%), then divide by 1.5 and round up. Or use the quantity calculator on the site.

How are the moldings fixed?

With silicone or a wall plug and screw, depending on each product description. Joints and screw heads are hidden with filler before painting.

Are the moldings suitable for outdoor use?

Some moldings are described as interior decor only, so we recommend using them indoors only and checking the product description.

Does the molding match every panel corner?

Each corner's page lists the molding that suits it, such as code 0240, code 0220 or any 2 cm or 4 cm molding. Check it before ordering and message us on WhatsApp if needed.
